These terms govern your use of the RondaShip platform and the freight-forwarding services we provide. Please read them before booking a shipment.

1.Who we are
RondaShip is operated by Ronda Plus Trading Limited, a limited company incorporated in Hong Kong SAR under the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622), company number 80115693, business registration number 80115693-000-04-26-A, with its registered office at Unit 18, 8/F, Peter Leung Industrial Building, 103 Wai Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong SAR.
Freight operations — international freight forwarding, customs declaration, and warehousing — are carried out by our affiliate 佛山宏泰荣达国际物流有限公司 (Foshan Hongtai Rongda International Logistics Co., Ltd.), a company registered in Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China under unified social credit code 91440605MAE5TCDN99, of Unit 1102E, Block 30, Fufeng Plaza, No. 1 Fuping 4th Road, Guicheng, Nanhai District, Foshan, Guangdong, China. Your contract for the service is with Ronda Plus Trading Limited, which remains responsible to you for its performance.
In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Ronda Plus Trading Limited. “You” and “your” mean the business that holds a RondaShip account. By creating an account or booking a shipment you agree to these terms.
2.What we provide
We act as a freight forwarder and logistics agent. We arrange the international carriage of goods on your behalf and provide a platform for managing that process. Our services include:
- Arranging international freight by sea, air and land through third-party carriers
- Warehouse receiving, inspection, photography and consolidation
- Barcode and label generation for inbound goods
- Preparation and storage of trade documents, including AI-assisted data extraction
- Customs documentation support, including HS-code suggestions
- Invoicing and online payment collection
We are not the carrier. Goods are carried by third-party carriers under their own terms, and we contract with them as your agent.
3.Accounts and approval
Accounts are for business use. Registration requires verification, and we review each application before approving it — access to shipping features begins only after approval. We may decline or revoke an application at our discretion, including where we cannot verify the business.
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authority.
4.Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of everything you give us. In particular you must:
- Describe goods accurately, including weight, dimensions, value, quantity and country of origin
- Confirm the correct HS code for each product. Codes we suggest are a starting point, not customs advice — see clause 7
- Provide genuine, unaltered trade documents
- Ensure goods are packed adequately for international transport
- Not ship prohibited or restricted goods — see clause 5
- Hold any licence or permit that the goods require in the origin or destination country
Inaccurate information can cause customs delays, penalties, storage charges or seizure. Costs arising from information you supplied are your responsibility.
5.Prohibited and restricted goods
You may not ship anything prohibited by law, by the destination country, or by the carrier handling the consignment. This includes but is not limited to:
- Weapons, ammunition, explosives and military equipment
- Narcotics and controlled substances
- Counterfeit goods and items infringing intellectual property
- Currency, bearer instruments, precious metals and stones
- Live animals and human remains
- Hazardous or dangerous goods, unless expressly agreed in writing in advance
- Goods subject to sanctions, or destined for a sanctioned party or territory
We may inspect, hold, refuse or dispose of any consignment we reasonably believe breaches this clause, and we may report it to the relevant authorities. Charges already incurred remain payable.
6.Quotes, charges and payment
Rates shown by our calculator are estimates based on the details you enter. Final charges are calculated from the actual weight, dimensions and characteristics of the goods once received at our warehouse, and may differ.
Charges may also change where circumstances outside our control affect the shipment — for example carrier surcharges, fuel adjustments, customs inspection fees, demurrage, storage, or re-delivery.
Invoices are issued through the platform and payable by the due date shown. Payments by card are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. We may hold goods and suspend services while an invoice is overdue.
7.Customs, duties and taxes
Import duties, taxes and customs charges are levied by the destination country and are your responsibility, not ours. They are separate from our charges and are not included in any quote unless expressly stated.
HS codes, customs descriptions and compliance flags provided through the platform — including those generated with AI assistance — are offered as a convenience to speed up your own classification. They are not customs, legal or tax advice. You remain responsible for verifying every classification and for meeting the destination country’s regulatory requirements, including any conformity certification the goods require.
8.Delivery times
Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping is subject to customs clearance, carrier schedules, port congestion, weather and other factors outside our control. We are not liable for loss arising from delay unless we have agreed a guaranteed date in writing.
9.Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the services we provided for the affected shipment, except where the law does not permit such a limit.
We are not liable for:
- Loss or damage caused by inadequate packing, or by the nature of the goods themselves
- Loss, damage or delay caused by a third-party carrier, customs authority or port operator
- Indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, contracts or business opportunity
- Consequences of inaccurate or incomplete information you supplied
- Duties, taxes, penalties or fines imposed by any authority
Cargo insurance is not included by default. If you want the goods insured, arrange cover before shipping or ask us in writing.
10.Claims
Claims for loss or damage must be notified to us in writing within 14 daysof delivery, or within 30 days of the expected delivery date where a shipment has not arrived. Keep the goods and their packaging available for inspection. Claims made after these periods may not be accepted by the carrier, and we cannot pursue them on your behalf once the carrier’s own deadline has passed.
11.Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund arrangements are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12.Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, has overdue invoices, or that we reasonably suspect of unlawful or fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time; charges already incurred remain payable, and shipments already in transit continue under these terms.
13.Data and privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Documents you upload are processed to provide the service, which includes automated extraction of data from them.
14.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The version published on this page applies to bookings made after the date shown above. Material changes will be notified through the platform.
15.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and the courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
